Noventis Credit Union Brand Book

CHALLENGE
Create an internal brand book to share the new brand expression with the employees of Noventis Credit Union.

INSIGHT
We developed the brand expression based on what Noventis Credit Union already was; their identity just needed to be communicated in a way that their employees could grasp onto and embody. The brand book needed to clearly define the values of the brand, the tone and voice, and the key messages directly to the employees.

RESULTS
The brand book was distributed to the employees at launch parties throughout the branch communities. The brand book clearly outlined who Noventis was collectively as an organization, which allowed employees to get excited, feel connected, and work toward common goals using common language.
