CHALLENGE
Create a clear strategy for Pizzeria Gusto’s social media presence that will increase followers, establish a memorable online presence, and drive patrons to the restaurant.

INSIGHT
Owner Bobby Mottolo conceptualized Pizzeria Gusto as an extension of his kitchen table – a place where everyone is treated like family. The restaurant already had a loyal following in Winnipeg, but needed a cohesive social media approach to align with the warm, familial atmosphere in the restaurant.

RESULTS
A welcoming, story-telling tone and warm photography style match the ambience of the restaurant, food, and staff. In just two months, Pizzeria Gusto’s Instagram account grew by over 200 followers, and Facebook and Instagram follower counts continue to grow at a strong pace. Strategic posting creates awareness of feature menu items to continually draw guests to the restaurant for an elevated dining experience.
